WELDING WITH STAINLESS STEEL PLATE

Stainless steel cylinder 
Make a cylinder from a stainless steel plate as shown in the picture. In this picture, stainless steel plate 0.3 mm in thickness was used.

NOW PRINTING

 1. Cut the stainless plate in the width needed for welding, and then coil it around a cylinder with 20-30% smaller diameter to create the shape.

 Since stainless fiber has a thickness of micron-scale, it is easily disjointed with a high welding current. Thus it is important to select carefully the current and the electrodes used.
